Protiviti helped our client select and implement a lifecycle management system including PMO activities, process design contract and business requirements documentation, legacy contract data extraction, super user training and UAT. 
Protiviti supported changes to our client’s purchasing processes and tools to attain diversity and sustainability goals, starting with setting targets and ultimately delivering a solution to capture supplier data and track attainments.
The client wanted to improve inventory management practices at a facility in its commercial HVAC division, which was seeing significant production disruptions and inventory losses. Inventory was handled by several third-party logistics companies, leading to missing material and inventory inaccuracies.
Protiviti partnered with clients to implement best-of-breed digital solutions to automate financial close processes, along with process improvements and data governance and controls solutions to resolve the issues. Change management to support accounting teams in adopting the new processes was also a key deliverable.
